The project is the conceptual planning and design for the Xi'an High-tech Zone CBD core area of about 260 acres and one kilometer commercial street. Aims at optimizing and deepening the content of existing regulatory plan from the perspective of urban design, planning and constructing the high-end headquarters offices and urban complexes, shaping the iconic city image in the future; by introducing planning concept to analyze the walking street commercial activities, business model, and operational methods to guide the formation of planning control in land developers to develop the land; in the design of the space environment of pedestrian street, through the implantation of the air roofing systems, improving street detail environment, leading into the cultural activities, and create the commercial district atmosphere with comfortable, rich space, full of vitality and cultural charm.
