Gulei peninsula is located in the south of Zhangzhou City, Fujian, it is the key area of west coast economic zone development and construction with a natural deep water sheltered harbor and the transportation advantage of a number of regional transport corridors across the peninsula. Planning to build "eco- city " (Eco-city) as the core concept for Gulei peninsula facing the problems such as development of ecological environmental protection, chemical pollution isolation, spatial development, and other industry issues, then put forward the eco-city strategy for sustainable development support system including "ecology, water environment, transportation, energy, industry, vibrant city". Planning ecological corridor by land layout combined with base natural background, the prevailing wind and river systems to form the ecological network covering the entire city. CBD urban design aims at creating a new city's central business district of "slow-paced, healthy green". The architectural design makes the lighthouse, sailboat, waves as elements to highlight the characteristics of the coastal city. Green park combined with architectural design to make an ecological city E-CBD implementation of the eco-technology demonstration showcase ground.
