The project located in An’ning County at the outer rim of Kunming, the owner’s development goal for this project is to build the largest automobile industry cluster of Asia and a automobile themed new town, for purposes of R&D, exhibition, sales, conference, recreation, administration, commercials and residential. This is an innovative and challenging new project, requiring from planning design to architectural image to be modern, scientific and foresighted, to echo the theme of hi-tech automobiles. The key part of the functional plan is to understand the traits of automobile related industrial chains and organically connect functional purposes of office, commercials, recreation and living traces of people, in order to create a lively urban organism and city landmark. The project is still in the process of planning, yet the master frame has been settled, the plan is under locally adjustment and development.
